A trough is a pan, cattle drink water from when in the dairy barn or out in the yard. Silage can also be placed in the trough for feed.

This set of 6 troughs, has 3 compartments just to keep things tidy and used on the floor alongside the farm building or outside along the cattle hurdles for the cows to poke their head through and have a drink and something to eat.

Keeping troughs on the otherside of the hurdles allows the farmer to manage the water and feed and stop the cattle trampling over the trough - well injuring themselves.
