Bruder 03181: Steyr 6300 Terrus CVT Tractor with Front Loader, 1:16 Scale

Latest series of Bruder Steyr tractors are a big upgrade to previous releases, from the removable wheels to the windowed driver's cab - and now on this one the bonus of a front loader. You see Bruder didn't take much notice with their Steyr line, with more effort put into the major three manufacturers, so now due to the growing demand, Steyr are back in style.

Steyr 6300 Terrus CVT Tractor

Perfectly replicated Steyr Terrus CVT series tractor in 1:16 scale, all body areas in white and red are made from tough plastic, so to is the exterior detail, well the tyres are rubberised.

Clear windows make for viewing the interior a breeze without needing to open the door. The Steyr insignia is along the bonnet and a body shape that is only made by this manufacturer.

Up/Down Front Loader

Not many moving parts on this front loader so not much can go wrong, it fixes to the slot tucked behind the front axle, giving them that tight fit to make that up and down movement.

But there's more, there's a few stops on the lowering/raising movement, therefore they can position the loader an various stops without fear of the loader just dropping to the ground.

Tipping Attachment

Bruder's go-to front attachment whenever they release a new model that comes with a front loader, just as this 2017 release has.

Instead of the usual bucket or grabber only, you get the best of both worlds with the ability to not only scoop, but grab hold of the load with the grabber.

Remove, Steer Wheels

More to the wheel-axle then meets the eye, not only are the wheels free rolling, tyres made from soft rubberised material; the front-axle can be steered via the steering rod, manually turning them left or right, or by reaching in the cab to control the steering wheel.

Available on the latest series of tractors is the ability to remove the wheels for playing mechanic when the tractor needs a repair or tyre change - that's not including the possibility of attaching dual wheels.

Open Cab Doors/Bonnet

They can access the driver's cab via the opening cab doors on both sides, as this feature plays an important role in farm play and especially when they have a Bruder figure to hand.

The figure can be used to climb up the steps that lead to the cab, before opening the door via the door knob, then securing him or her to the seat, with there arms reaching out for the steering wheel.

Front Mount & Tow Hitch

Currently attached to the front mount is an imitation counter-weight - light and hollow - its doesn't do the job really that's left to the imagination, but sure makes for extended play.

You see they can slip off the counter-weight any time, and be left on when front loader is in use, but as it is detachable, there's always the option to fix a front mountable implement later.
